Energy aggregation is the process of combining the electricity demand of many consumers into one negotiating group. By acting collectively, aggregated consumers can access wholesale-tier rates not available to individuals. SunShare is licensed to organize this aggregation under Philippine law.

Yes. The Electric Power Industry Reform Act (RA 9136) and the Department of Energy's Retail Competition and Open Access framework specifically allow consumers to choose their electricity supplier. SunShare is licensed by the Energy Regulatory Commission to participate in this market.
A formally recognized group of electricity consumers who collectively procure electricity supply. RAGs are a regulated structure under Philippine energy law, and SunShare is licensed to organize and serve them.

Yes. Most SunShare members don't have solar. Solar owners are one segment of our network, not a requirement.
